As opposed to the FlowPack machines which have a wrapping and sealing system from cylindrical sheets, there are products which are packed in different ways and shapes. The wrapping process is performed by conveying the product to the bag lifting station. Creating a vacuum, the machine lifts the bag and creates an opening through which the product is inserted into the bag, the bag and product are torn from the package of bags, transferred to the clipping station where they are clipped, stamped with a Sell By date and are welded at their ends with the ‘visually noticeable open’ tracing system.
